Easy Purple Cauliflower

Ingredients:

1/2 head or purple cauliflower

drizzle amount of extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Chop cauliflower florets off the head.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scatter the florets on to the paper.

Lightly drizzle florets with oil.

Use a spatula or scoop to toss and further coat the florets.

Bake for 15 or 20 minutes.
